At SmartLay.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns or refunds may be requested.
Customers may request a return or replacement if:
The product received is defective
The product is damaged during delivery
The wrong item was delivered
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused and in original condition
All original packaging and accessories must be included
Proof of purchase must be provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Returns will not be accepted if:
The product has been used or damaged by the customer
The return request is made after the allowed return period
The product packaging or accessories are missing
Once the returned product is received and inspected, SmartLay.pk will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days through one of the following methods:
Bank transfer
Easypaisa / JazzCash
Store credit (if applicable)
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
defective products
incorrect items shipped by SmartLay.pk
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
